Returns & Refund Policy

At Maison Mala, all sales are final. Due to the exclusive and pre-loved nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements and images prior to purchasing. If you require additional information about an item before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by Maison Mala is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed for sale. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we offer.

Condition of Pre-Loved Items

Please note that all pre-loved and vintage items may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. Any significant flaws or imperfections will be clearly disclosed within the product listing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is significantly not as described or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fiona@maisonmala.com.au with detailed photographs and your order information.

Each case will be assessed individually in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Issues

All orders are shipped fully tracked, insured and signature required. Once an order has been dispatched, Maison Mala is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. However, we will assist where possible in resolving delivery issues or insurance claims.
